Online TAG Application
The General Assembly authorized Virginia Private Colleges to launch an online application for the Virginia Tuition Assistance Grant in 2023. CICV contracted with Orrio, Inc. to provide a platform that allows students to submit applications directly to participating institutions, with SCHEV approval. Financial aid directors coordinate with Orrio for secure, ongoing transmissions. A modest per-application fee may apply going forward.

LiveSafe technology fosters effective safety-related communication via a campus safety app linked to a cloud-based command dashboard. RCM&D is a privately owned and independent regional broker with a dedicated higher education practice. Wolfram Research
Group Purchasing Licenses Rates
CICV’s collaborative business partnership with Wolfram Research centers on a system-wide Academic Site License that CICV administers on behalf of participating member institutions. In this arrangement, CICV serves as the lead institution and single point of contact with Wolfram, managing contract administration, coordinating participation, and collecting and remitting license fees. Through this partnership, 10 institutions gain broad campus access to Wolfram’s technology suite, including Mathematica, Mathematica Online, Wolfram|Alpha Pro, Wolfram|Alpha Notebook Edition, faculty home use, student home-use access, the Wolfram Engine, and early access opportunities for students and early professionals. The model allows CICV to leverage a shared agreement to lower costs, expand access to advanced academic and computational tools, and simplify administration, while supporting member institutions through a coordinated, consortium-based approach.

- Microsoft EES Agreement – The Microsoft EES Agreement combines the previous Microsoft Campus Agreement and Academic Select programs to provide CICV member institutions access to significantly discounted pricing on widely used Microsoft products, including product upgrades released during the term of the subscription. It also provides a comprehensive and easy means of ensuring Microsoft licensing compliance throughout the college or university campus.
- Adobe VIP Agreement — Our VIP Licensing Program allows CICV members to purchase licensed Adobe products for campus computers, faculty members and students, as needed, at significant savings.
