Every year, CICV organizes a student advocacy day at the Virginia General Assembly, where supporters can meet with, thank, and advocate in front of legislators for VTAG funding. Participants also have the option to tour the recently restored Virginia Capitol and sit in the House or Senate gallery to be introduced by the legislative members representing their college.
